Becca Sipek

Becca is currently working toward her Master of Social Work from Aurora University and is on track to graduate in December of 2026. She has come to Valley after interning at Northwestern Medicine, where she gained experience working with individuals, groups, and families. She sees therapy as a journey, and one that she is honored to be a part of with each of her clients. Becca believes that her role as a therapist is to walk alongside her clients as they work to make the changes they want to make in their own lives. She likes to use a variety of therapeutic approaches, based on what is most appropriate for each client. Becca also greatly enjoys getting creative with clients and is always trying to think outside of the box in coming up with helpful treatment goals and homework. She also believes that there is great healing potential in art and music and would love to incorporate elements of expressive therapy into sessions for clients who are interested.

Becca has been married for six years and just welcomed her first child, a daughter, into the world in February of 2026. She and her husband greatly enjoy classic cars, and you can catch them taking out their 1930 Ford Model A to car shows and events all throughout the summer months!
