Ally received her Master's in Social Work from Aurora University. She believes in creating a comfortable space for clients to be heard and embrace vulnerability. To do so, she strives to foster relationships built on trust, collaboration, and genuine connection. Ally has experience working with many individuals, from kids, tweens, and teens, to adults of all ages.
Ally recognizes that every individual and their experiences are unique and works to tailor therapeutic interventions to best fit the needs of each client. She takes a strengths-based approach and utilizes cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, and play therapy methods. Ally has experience working with tweens and teens, students with school refusal, and adults.
In her free time, Ally enjoys spending time with her dogs, browsing Homegoods, and watching reruns of Gilmore Girls.
